Radiofrequency Treatment can be used on any part of the face and body, it is suitable for all those of different ages and skin types*
*Age from 18 years upwards. Clients with pacemakers, metal pins or plates in the treated area, pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with epilepsy, disease of the heart/muscular or connective tissue are not suitable for this treatment. A full consultation is carried out prior to determine your suitability for the treatment.
First the treated are is cleansed and following application of Sonogram collagen gel, which help to conduct radio waves deep into the skin, a treatment commences by moving the device wand over the selected area, where either Unipolar or Bipolar Radiofrequency waves are delivered into different layers of skin. The Bipolar Radiofrequency waves effectively target fine lines and wrinkles on the skin surface. Whereas, Unipolar Radiofrequency waves work in deeper layers of skin whilst helping improve contour and firmness. This leads up to 20 percent increase in collagen ad elastin production and the subsequent rejuvenating and tightening effect. Coming to an end of the procedure, a collagen boosting mask is applied on the treated area for even better results.
The side effects are immediate and may include reddening of the treated area for 1-2 hours. Absolutely no downtime and an immediate return to activities.
